Map of future Rosengård for Malmö City Planning Office.
This is a brochure for Malmö City Planning Office (Malmö Stadsbyggnadskontor) with a kind of playful pictorial map - or mindmap showing proposed enviroment friendly improvements of Rosengård.
"Tänk dig..." means "Imagine..." in English.
Rosengård is the poorest and most segregated city district in Malmö and was build between 1950-1970. Partly in the ambitious Swedish housing programme called The Million programme - implemented to make sure everyone could have a home at a reasonable price. The houses was cheap and build in concrete - in a fairly unestethic monumental style and many of the buildings are today in need of heavy restoration.
