Nils-Petter was commissioned by an International Charitable Organization to produce a series of highly detailed landscapes depicting the organization’s international programs.
This illustration shows the Organization's work in Recife and Brazil through various scenes. The large coastal city is compressed into a few houses representing different neighborhoods. During the creation process, Nils-Petter extensively utilized Google Street View to immerse himself in Recife's architecture and capture its distinctive characteristics, including the prevalent Pichação (graffiti), mangroves, and urban grit. Notable landmarks featured in the final illustration include Porto Digital and Ponte Estaiada da Via Mangue.
In total 13 landscape illustrations where made - one for each of the client’s international programs. Read about the full project here; https://nilspetter.se/philanthropy-org
